What to expect
This 2,5 hour ritual is an intense & dynamic moving meditation that activates your meridians and recalibrates your energetic system. By actively engaging through breath and movement, you can help the Qi - your life’s energy to flow freely again.
As humans we store energy - emotions, trauma - in our body. Through conscious bodywork (yoga, QiGong, dance, martial arts, etc) our body can open up, embrace, release and let go. To support this process each session starts with a set of exercises to help you breath more consciously and listen to the signs of your body.
Based on a mix of ancient traditions from the east and west, the Reset Ritual is specifically designed to shake up and challenge your status-quo. By actively exploring the boundaries of your comfort zone, your body and mind can open up for new possibilities.
In the holistic tradition body, mind and soul are one. The flow of energy doesn’t distinguish between your head, your toes or anything in between. This means that your whole body is attended too (including the genitals), although not in a erotic way. To be able to experience a profound sense of unity, it is best advised to receive the ritual as naturally as possible. This means without clothes, underwear or jewelry.

Working with:
Element: Wood
In Chinese medicine the spring is determined by the element Wood, that symbolizes creativity & development. In the shift that takes place from Yin to Yang the upward energy supports our growth and renewal. It is the perfect time for new beginnings and to bring ideas and plans to the light.
Meridians: Liver & Galbladder

The Liver & Galbladder meridian form a powerful team. Together they make sure the Qi is smoothly flowing and that our joints are flexible. It is the suppleness (buigzaamheid) of young tree branches that allow them to survive the spring-storms. The same applies to our bodies and minds - can we bend with the storms of life?
Special focus:
Feet
Now that winter is over - the period of rest and nourishment - it is time to show our heads above the ground. Sustainable growth however, is only possible when we are firmly rooted. In this ritual there is extra attention therefore for our feet, which are our roots connecting us to the earth.
Resilience through connection
